Shigekazu Sugiyama is the Corporate Officer of Shiseido Co., Ltd, responsible for Corporate Culture and Advertising Creation.

Mr. Sugiyama began his career at Market Intelligence Department of Lion Corporation in 1987. He then joined Coca-Cola(Japan)Company, Limited and became the General Manager of the Corporate Strategy office. In 2009 he joined Shiseido as General Manager of Consumer and Market Intelligence Group in the Corporate Planning Department. In 2012, Mr. Sugiyama was promoted to his current position.

Shigekazu Sugiyama graduated from Waseda University with a bachelor’s degree in education in 1987.
